Reflexology explained

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy based on the concept of reflex points found on your hands and feet. These reflex points correspond to specific organs, glands and systems within your body and by using thumb and finger pressure on these points, the therapist improves blood and lymph circulation which triggers the body’s self-healing abilities

The aim of reflexology is to obtain homeostasis which is when all of the body’s internal systems are balanced and working together effectively

You can use reflexology to support your body in tackling a specific physiological issue (hormonal imbalances, allergies, digestive problems..) or you can use it to maintain overall health, to reduce stress or simply to improve your sleep.
