How much does it cost?
Most employers choose to pay the full cost of reflexology treatments as the associated expense can be deducted from the company’s annual tax bill. Others offer the therapy as an employee benefit.
However, it is also possible to arrange for a subsidised plan where employees pay part of the cost themselves. Due to the various options in terms of payment set-up, the cost varies and is negotiated with each company. Please contact me for details.
How long is a session?
A standard corporate session lasts 30 minutes. This is a shortened treatment compared to when you visit a reflexologist at a clinic where you can expect each session to last 60 – 90 minutes. Whilst the corporate treatment covers all the main reflexes for detox and relaxation, it should not be confused with clinical reflexology which is more thorough and more appropriate for people managing ongoing medical issues.
How do I book?
All sessions are booked online via a link that has been provided to your company rep who typically distributes this via internal communication channels. If you are unsure whom to contact within your company, please email me.
Can I pay online?
If the cost is covered by your employer, you will not be required to pay anything when you book. Only if you are working for a company that has opted for a subsidised plan or who prefer for their employees to cover the full cost, will you be required to pay for your treatment. In that case, you will be able to pay online during the booking process.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients who have booked online are sent a reminder 24 hours before their treatment. At this point, you have the option of cancelling your appointment free of charge. Cancellations received after this point will be charged the full amount. The same terms apply to no-shows.
Do you accept private clients?
I only accept private clients who have already accessed my services through their company but struggle to find the time to continue with their regular treatments during working hours. If you are not one of my corporate clients, I recommend that you search the AoR Directory for a qualified reflexologist in your area.
